Mastini’s merchandise should meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are pleased to offer a 7-day No Questions Asked return policy on all purchases with some limitations (see Return Policy).

Limited 30-Day warranty. Mastini warranties all merchandise against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. Mastini is not responsible for those items subjected to excessive wear, abuse, or physical damage whether accidental or otherwise. Additionally the insurance and protection of your merchandise is solely your responsibility, and Mastini shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or resulting damages whatsoever that may occur, even during the 30-Day Warranty period. Our customers’ privacy and protection is a top priority to us. It is the policy of Mastini to never share customer’s personal information as well as e-mail addresses with any individual or company under any circumstance.

You have a 7-day inspection period, from the day merchandise(s) is shipped to you via FedEx Overnight Service. At any time during this period, you can return your purchase to Mastini. Call Mastini at 1-800-979-4848 for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping details.

All returns must be fully insured for customer’s own protection from loss/damage. Insure the package for the full value of your purchase. The RAN must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Upon receipt and inspection of your undamaged purchase, credit will be issued less 15% re-stocking fee, shipping and insurance fee either as a credit toward another purchase, a company check or as a credit on you credit card.

Our regular payment term is net 30 for JBT 1-rated accounts only. For volume purchases, terms will vary accotrding to the size of the order and company’s payment history/ credit standing.

We accept credit card payments only through Paypal (Paypal.com). Our Paypal account is paypal@mastini.com.

All merchandise(s) is shipped via FedEx standard overnight to all U.S. destinations including Alaska and Hawaii. All orders are fully insured in transit.

For your security, your order will not be delivered without a recipient signature

Federal Express will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

Mastini’s insurance coverage ends the moment the package is delivered to you. Please make sure that you do not have a signature release on file with Federal Express. If you do, the package may be left on your doorstep, deemed delivered and it will NOT be insured against loss or theft.

Please inspect your merchandise upon receipt. If the box is damaged, open it in the presence of the FedEx Delivery person. All packages are insured for loss or damage. If there is any damage to the merchandise please call us immediately at 1-800-979-4848.

All items shipped from Mastini are insured for their full value until FedEx delivers them to you. Once delivered, you are responsible for the merchandise. You agree to accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the merchandise, whether it be caused by you or by another, or by any other known or unknown cause, and whether or not such cause is under your control, from and after the point of delivery to your location and up to and including the return to and receipt by Mastini of the merchandise in its original condition.

Mastini Designs, Inc. reserves the right to correct, update, modify, or otherwise change the terms and conditions of sale, information, and prices at any time at our sole discretion and without notice. Mastini Designs, Inc. nor its agents, affiliates, or employees shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of any of the information contained in or received from this site.
